  • Lavender, Lavandula angustfolia  – Reduces anxiety and emotional stress and has been found to improve the overall quality of sleep including length of sleep, time it takes to fall asleep, restfulness and reduced symptoms of insomnia.
  • Chamomile Roman, Anthemis nobilis – Helps bring a sense of calm and is suggested for use during times of anger, anxiety or irritability. Especially helpful in combating insomnia.
  • Tangerine, Citrus reticulate – One of the best essential oils for anxiety. Also effective reducing pain and nausea.
  • Labdanum, Citrus ladanifer – Quiets the mind, calms the nerves and elevates perception.
