  • Rosemary – a study at the University of Northumbria, Newcastle found that “rosemary produced a significant enhancement of performance for overall quality of memory and secondary memory factors and helped people become more alert”.
  • Elemi – stimulates almost all of the functions in the body including circulation and nervous responses, including those affecting the neurons in the brain, the heartbeat and respiration.
  • Peppermint – a natural energizer and alternative to energy drinks and caffeine. A few whiffs will perk you up as well as improve focus and concentration.
  • Basil – helps restore mental alertness and fight fatigue. Beneficial for reducing symptoms like sluggishness, brain fog or poor moods associated with adrenal or chronic fatigue.
  • Ginger – relieves feelings of anxiety, depression and exhaustion and stimulates feelings of courage and ease.
